i'm looking into a new rifle for shooting rimfire matches this summer. the problem is i'm stuck. i have shot and looked at annie's, but never seen a cz or held one. do they make them with match barrels? are the triggers easy to adjust and how low will they go down? are there after market benchrest stocks for these cz rifles? i'm leaning towards the annie but i'd like to hear from people who own cz's or who own each.

Cz's are a great rimfire. Yes there is after market stocks triggers can be adjusted to at least 10oz or less with spring kits. And they do make a varmint model.Check you pm for more details. For the money Cz hands down.

I just bought a H&R #12 for $300.00 + tax and ordered a scope mount from Ken Viani. Not an Anschutz, but a grey squirrel can't tell the difference. Local dealer has a few more, as well as a few Suhl's.

i'm not in the market for a hunting rifle. i'm looking for a match quality rifle. i'll be restocking it, and getting the trigger down in the oz's. so far the annie has really caught my eye. now in 2009 i'll be buying a total custom biult bolt gun. i have several highly accurate hunting rimfires. i've even turned a savage markII into a match rifle. i found a smith here that wasn't afraid to work on savages and he did wonders on it. it's time to upgrade now.

I have no experience with custom RF actions due to limited income! :(

The same dealer has some custom action rifles, I forget what brand. He also has Rem. 40X rimfire target and sporter models, Winchester 52 C&D models.
