I was talking to a guy I know in Pa and he told me to check out his site for some beautiful Coopers for sale . Man , beautiful is an understatement ! These sure are nice to look at . Just a little out of my price range though . Someday I hope to own a rifle that looks as nice as these !

That's a great Site for us wood nuts to visit . Guns America was a nice Site but now in order to get close-ups of their guns , you have to give them all sorts of personal info .

I should'nt do this , but looking at all these Works of Art makes me want to suggest the following : buy yourselves a copy of Shooting Sportsman . I happened across this magazine while I was picking up a Prescription at a small country Pharmacy . Never saw it before . Brian , if you think those high grade Coopers are expensive , prepare yourself for a big shock . If you want to see close-up colored Photos of the really high end arms .....mostly double shotguns and rifles , spend $5.95 and you will not regret it ! I picked up the Jan-Feb.2008 edition : P.5 an engraved Essencia Krieghoff ......P.14 a 2 page spread ...Holland&Holland Royal Deluxe.............P.27 a Doug Turnbull Upgraded Parker A-1 Special 20 Ga. ...............P.70 Purdeys new scaled-frame 410s .....and on and on . Here's another Email addy to check out : www.robbinhollow.com . BTW , only those deep pocket Southern Boys & their West Coast cousins could actually afford to buy any of these ! :D

That Leupold is really well scaled ( in size ) to your Super- Cooper . Is it a 12X , 16X , 20X, or 24X ??? I still use a 16X on my 223 for all close in ( under 400 yard shooting ) .

You are 100% right about Pat ! He is a super guy ! He has been a friend of my family for a long time . It was a real sad day when he told me that he was going to close the store in Waynesburg . That store was always one of my stops when I was going to visit with family .
