Man, now that I can type with both hands, this isn't too bad.:D How do I keep my reloads from tarnishing after reloading them? I am using the oil pad that was sent with my reloading kit. Oil entire case before sizing, primer, bullet, then storing them. Should I oil the dirty case, size them and then tumble? Or should I wash them free of the oil after the shell is complete. Since I am self taught, I wouldn't mind a step by step procedure. I only have two feelings left and they don't get hurt very easily.:D Thanks.

You should definitely clean the oil off before you chamber/fire them. Tarnish won't hurt anything but I have found that wiping them off with a rag wetted with alcohol helps.

Damnear, This is the way I lube and clean my cases before loading them and it works very well for me. I put my deprimed cases in a shallow pan or a cover of the pan and spray them lightly with RCBS slick spray lube and after sizing them I dump them on a towel or rag, spread them out so there not in a pile and spray them with eather starting fluid, brake cleaner or Rem. action cleaner which all evaporates very fast and roll them around in the towel and presto there complelety dry with no oil reidue. Ihope this helps. Woody W
