Anyone have info on Navy Arms 45-70 rolling block?It has Tang peep sight,Wants $449.00 Good buy or not?

If it looks to be in good shape thats probably not to bad. Who makes the sight. If it's one of the vernier type long range tang sights they often are upwards of $200 by themselves. It's deffinately a good strong action.

Good buy in my opinion. I have an original and one by Navy Arms. A well made rifle as far as I can see. Shoots fine. New metal may give an edge of safety over the approximately 150 year old originals.
