Some look to have the normal charging handle and a bolt handle on the side also. HMMMMMM!
The flat top V22 is a cool looking little gun. It could take the place of a couple of my 10/22s but it's way too salty. Quick currency conversion check puts that cutey over $1200!
I agree. We're lucky here in the good ol' US of A.

Ok... I might be a jerk at times, but those folks really need some expert advice in setting up a Home Page. Expert heck, My youngest daughter could advise them better.
Rifle pictured is a reverse negative. Showing the Left Side as being the Right Side. Ammo shown is a 6.5x55 Swede in a stripper clip.
OK... enough of my nit-picking.
The upper receiver shows a distinctive H&K influence with that bolt handle. And I think it makes sense for the Non-Combat version of the rifles. But there was a purpose for designing the M-16 series rifles with a charging handle instead of a bolt handle like the M-1/M-14 family of rifles.
Yes, it is great living in this country, but it is good too know that the Evil Black Rifles can be obtained in a country known for their fear of firearms.
Certainly the price is Sub-Orbital by our standards, but all things considered, not bad for location.
I wonder if I can get my Son-in-Law to buy one so we can go shooting when Wife and I go over for a visit. :D
