BSA 30mm Red Dot Scope

I got this scope from my brother in law and put a new battery in it today and still can't get it to work. Is all I do is push the red button ? Any ideas ??? Thanks........................Rich

Turn it to one of the numbers on the big knob, probably 5 or 6 outside in normal daylight. "0" is off. Don't know what red button you mean. The smaller knobs are windage and elevation, just like crosshairs in a scope.

It has 2 knobs one for up and down and one for left and right. Then it has a red push button beside where you put the battery.................Rich
