Turkey Pics From Today!

These are the pictures from the bird I killed this morning hunting by myself. It weighed exactly 23 pounds and had an eleven inch beard. There were 3 came in from a mountain side that I had been calling to for quite a while, they would answer and finally they flew arcross a hollar next to me, sounded like a helicopter landing next to me. I owe it all the new camo job that K-9 Krippler did on my 837! Thanks Jody! :)

DougH asked me if it would keep till Thanksgiving, and I replied that it would probably skillet burn before then! :)

This is a pic of a fillet, I took it with my camera phone, that is why it didn't give it justice. Don, we need to fire up your grill and chow down! We might even invite DougH to eat with us! :)

I think it had more to do with a Wayne co. boy knowing how to lay the smack down. I'm sure glad that turkey season don't last all year! You really know how to put the hurt on em Ken. That is a really nice bird!!!!!!!!!
