FoxPro FX3 and Jack in the Box problem

Just wanted to know if anyone else has had the same problem I have. Just bought an FX3 from Lock Stock and Barrel and a Jack in the box (couldn't stand it any longer). I am having a connection problem with the cable supplied with the Jack in the box. It appears that the cable plug is to large to fit inbetween the dividers on the FX3. This doesn't allow the cabel pin to go all the way in for a good connection. I can get it to work, but there is only one or two positions that it makes contact.
I have contacted FoxPRo customer service and I am waiting on a response. Just curious if anyone else had the same issue.

Customer service is great with fox pro talk to Mike or Joe they will make it right.This is one of the few companys that still takes care of the customer after the sale.:)
