Sight Painting ??

I have a Ruger Blackhawk that has a solid black front sight. I would like to paint or whatever to make the front sight orange or red. I have tried the fishing lure paint but it doesn't stay on, it just peels off. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can make the sight orange? Or is there an insert or cover or ? available?

Has anybody used the sight paint from Brownell's?
