Rem 700 Detachable Magazine

I've been looking for bottom metal for my M700 SPS .223 to allow it to feed from 10rnd detachable magazines, unfortunatly so far i've has no luck. The H-S ones only work with H-S stocks and they only make 5 rnd mags for .223 anyway, I found one here in australia that lets it feed from AR mags but the price is far too high, $350 for the bottom metal and $80ea for 10rnd mags.

Does anyone know of someone who makes these or where I can buy them along with the mags?

It's a JAG Magazine Kit, it lets you use Ruger Mini 14 magazines in a Rem 700.
The guy that makes them is in the middle of another run right now,they should be ready in about a month.
