Does anybody do this? I make bullets in a few calibres but my faves are the ones made from 22 rim fire cases.

I have a friend who makes 6mm bullets for bench rest, it's quite a process. He gets the lead in wire coils and has to cut the lead to length with a home made gizmo. Then he has to clean the lead in solvent. In another room he has his presses set up. One to bleed and size the lead, one to seat the lead in J4 jackets and another to form the point. At each stage he tosses quite a few culls until he gets a rhythm and the dies normalize the temp and lube. Once he starts he does not answer the phone or doorbell, he just keeps going. He will make a couple thousand at a time because of the expense of the culls. It's a lot more work than I wish to do. Good luck.

www.saubier.com has an entire forum dedicated to making small caliber bullets.

You might check out some of their posts on the subject.
