Rem 700 Long Action, new

You sure you got the right Chuck Miller? I remember buying a DGA from you about 6 years ago and a ADL plastic youth stock last year. I've never shopped for a Rem 222, never wanted one.....but.......If your talking about any conversation we had years ago then you have me at an advantage. See I can't remember what I did last week much less a long time ago Terry.:D But... value is subjective...and I would think that being in 222 it would be worth more to someone that collects those. You sure it was me? :rolleyes:

Your memory is better than mine,i had forgot about the shilen 223,you drove down here and picked it up,course that was before fuel went up !!You probably know which chuck it was ,as he lives up near you,but was chuck w. !!!Again i'm terribly sorry,and guys this chuck m. is the real deal,good chuck!!!

ALF, the action came with a hinged floorplate/triggerguard basically a BDL or maybe one of the SPS versions. It does not have the new style trigger and I'm not sure I know what you mean about the different finishes. The donor was a 30-06 that I bought from an individual that was buying Rem closeouts and tearing them down and selling the parts. The finish doesn't seem as coarse as my PSS's and I don't own any of the older Matte finished rifles.
