I have some 1" shank/cutting diameter end mills here that came in a small lot I bought at auction. All these that are used have only ever cut 6061 aluminum all are in very good tonew shapeThese are to big for the little mill I have they are as follows
2 - US made 4 flute solid carbide uncoated , 5" OAL , 2" cutting edge
2 - US made 4 flute solid carbide uncoated 4" OAL , 1.5" cutting edge
1 - SGS 4 flute solid carbide uncoated , 5" OAL , 2" cutting edge. This one is in the "worst" shape of them all and its still as sharp or more so than most import cutters.
1 - Niagra 2 flute HSS , TiN coated , 4.5" OAL , 2" cutting
edge
1 - US made 5 flute , HSS uncoated , roughing end mill , 4.5"
OAL , 2" cutting edge , never used.
It would cost over $1800 to buy these new
