Does anyone have info on a place to hunt PD in N.D.

Ya gota do it early and on Deeded land!!! Same with the towns on the western border.They get a lot of local preasure and the towns are smaller than most areas.

Also, check with the Dickinson Convention Bureau, they have packets they mail out to prospective PD shooters with all kinds of info on public land in the area (far SW corner of the state). I think the website is

but I might be wrong on that. Still, it's worth a google or two.

#1). In case you missed it, Teddy Roosevelt is HUGE in the west end of the state, "the badlands" where he had a ranch... T.R National Park... Point, federal land subject to use for shooting... But not all, becareful, please.

#2). There was a grazing assoc. in Medora (sp??) that was soliciting shooters couple years back. You could probably find a phone and ask. I think they worked with Dickinson or close...

What I understand, slightly shorter season, fewere dogs 'cause it is farther north and colder. Come prepared (they say). LUCK.
