Did you check the date on that ad? Last year, I had the hots for a S&W #58 .41 magnum revolver, and place a few ads looking for one. I got one too.

Then I felt just terrible for having spent the money, and placed ads on a few different boards to sell off some things I rarely, if ever use, or didn't absolutely love. I never sold the H&R #12, though I did drive a ninety mile round trip to let a guy look at it and shoot it and he never called me back.:D I do indeed still have the #12, did not realize the ad still existed here. I would sell it; however, my intent was to give you another option. Whether you buy my H&R #12 or another one, I highly recommend the Ken Viani scope mount.

Are you in Georgia, if so you are welcome to shoot mine and look it over. Go to www.rimfirecentral.com to the Marlin/H&R forum and do a search for H&R #12 and read up on them.

Another thing to consider would be the NS 522 rifles, noted for being good shooters and they are repeaters.
