Tri-pod type gun holder/rest for field use to shoot while sitting. Folds up and is adjustible for tilt by moving rear leg in and out. Has attached carry strap. Better than a bipod. I think that Outers made this but there is no markings on it. See photo as it does a better job of discribing this than I can. $10.00
