Looking for a replacement for my ATEC that went further south than I am Saturday.
I have looked at the Weaver "Grand Slams", and the Elite 3200 series.
This will be mounted on a Encore 25-06HB, and primary use will be Deer Varmints. 3X9X40 is probably all I need.
Anyone got any comments or reviews of the 3200?
Thanks

I have a couple of the 3200's and I like them pretty well. I think they are a good scope for the money. And as good as some costing a lot more.

I have two atecs and a 3200. You will be impressed with the improvment in the scope when you go the the 3200.

I like them have two in 5-15 and one 3-9. The rain or fog coating really works when the rifle is going out in humid air or from warm to cold.

I have the same two as Ron, as well as 2 4200s. I would/will defintely buy another 3200. I am very pleased with both.

I've had 2 Elite 3000 3-9x. I think the only difference from the 3200 is the no-fog outer lens coating. No complaints-good scope, but heavy. Weight of 15 ounces compared to Leupold Vari-xII 3-9x at 11.6 ounces. A Leupold Vari-xII 4-12x AO weighed 13.4 ounces. So I don't use the Elite 3000 on a walking-around rifle.
