I bought a simmons 4X Blazer that is supposed to be for airgun/22 RF to put on an air rifle. The scope was $15. It seems very clear and sharp. Anyone else have any experience with simmons?

They are my choice for inexpensive scopes. Only had one bad one, a 22MAG with AO model. Simply terrible optically. I do have several of the older 44MAG models and a couple of Whitetail Expedition model, both of which are decent scopes for the money. Leupold and Nikon for the higher end scopes here, ignoring the Unertl's on the target 22lr's.

For the price I like them all. The high power Blazer get fuzzy and dark at the upper strength, at least my 8-32X does. I have four White Tail Classics that have good pictures and hold zero very well and don't seem to suffer from the poor image quality, they are the 6.5-20X50. All of these are $110 or less.
