How do you post an aviator? I saw one picture but did not know how to put my own in. Is there spell check?

Im not sure how that works properly. Might check the "FAQ". link. Also, I don't know about spellcheck. I'll have to "check".

I tried adding an avitar under the "edit avitar" function (User CP) and it shows a large picture of John sitting with his feet up by a tent as a pre-pick avitar.

I don't see any other options for adding one of your own...

Use a recent picture of yourself so I can recognize you when you walk up to me.;)

I added a current picture of myself in my profile. If you view my profile, you'll never forget me...

You had your hair cut since that picture, but you're right, I'll never forget that face.

Alan,

I love your avatar. Is that supposed to be a silhouette of the the USS Texas?

Chris,

Thanks, it is the Battleship Texas. I found it on a site a couple of years ago when my wife's 4th grade class was making a Texas quilt for her school's auction. Email me at abcopeATswbellDOTnet and I'll send you the full sized jpeg.
