Mike and John This is just a suggestion but we do have regular events that are promoted through this board for members such as the 3c's, bbb, top gun etc.
Would it be hard to set up an area for upcoming events as well as being able to post them on the calendar.
You could moderator this yourselves or allow the person organising it (or a delegate) to moderate for each event.
