A fellow on accurate shooter has some he made up for 20VT. He has as is and neck turned.
221 fireball can be formed from 223 or 222. I have not done it but there are some YouTube videos showing this using a full length 221 sizing die. Also, Redding has dies to do this. Their catalog invites anyone with questions on the process to call them. See page 27 of their 2022 catalog. It’s probably on line.
