I picked up a Dakota Arms Varminter in .222 awhile back. I finally got some loads together and went to the range yesterday. The rifle is beautiful, fit and finish are perfect. I tested five different loads, they all shot accurately. H4198, and N133 showed some real promise. I’m using the 40gr Vmax. This is the first .222 I have owned, a great little cartridge. Can’t wait to get after some PD’s.

It’s a long story, but I got to pick the blank for this gun. I’m very pleased with the outcome.

That is a perfect specimen of a classic rifle. Beautiful piece of wood with a rubbed finish, classic triple deuce caliber. I love it! If I was to add one more thing to it, it would be the old long unertel a pie and mounts. Either way that gun is something to be proud of. Thanks for sharing.
Do you suppose you could post some larger pictures of the gun. For some reason those thumbnail picture get real grainy when I try to enlarge them.
