That's great JR!!! That is the way we keep the blood lines pure in the cattle, maybe it should be used in hospitals when some kids are born! But guess that's not quite right is it.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

Those little rubber bands and the tool should be mandatory with certain government programs. Ya' want the check, ya' wear the rubber band just until it, the rubber band, falls off! That'd work about right! It would cure a lot of problems, prevent a lot of crime and worthless marches, too! If ya' noticed, I ain't smiling; I mean it! Those little bands would cure a lot of ailments and ills.

Maybe not quite right but true! Its got my vote.

Be better if it was applied around the neck to stop oxygen theft with the added bonus of stopping breeding.
