Latest trip to the Doc yesterday confirmed everything looks A-OK. Time to start physical therapy. I have heard all sorts of "Now you're gonna get it!" stories from men and women alike. I ain't falling for it.

Nobody is any harder on me than me. If I can get someone to coach me up to push a little harder, all the better. Not sure which day I will start but 3 days a week. I think I can exercise upper body on in between days at home. Supposed to be 6 weeks. Jimeney Christmas will I be ready to go back to work!!

I'll agree with what Doug said. I've had both knees replaced. Do the correct exercises, listen to your therapist, and don't try to do something over the top too early.

I've had three PT pros, all women. The first was terrible, she was ex-military, an MP, and 6 months pregnant. Her husband was a bounty hunter, and sometimes went along with her husband to capture bail jumpers. She was trying to break me. The other two were fantastic. Showed me several different ways to do the exercises (flexion/extension/strengthening) that worked the best for me, not just one fixed way to do them. Best wishes for a great result.
