Several actually including an older OBD-1 reader. I also run a scan gauge on every vehicle. I can monitor anything the PCM monitors including core temps, fuel trims, EGTs, etc.
I have a Scangage II and another "cheaper" brand out in the garage, don't use either of 'em anymore. Both worked fine, could read the error codes and clear 'em if needed.
I have a Scan Gauge that I used for years on an older Ford Escape. Sold that car and haven't hooked the gauge to the newer car yet. Love the gauge and it helped me diagnose several engine issues over the years.
