Sorry to hear about your bad luck Eric,

it's been pretty cold and windy here since the middle of Jan. Where did you go if you don't mind my asking? I live in the central part of SD and we get some mangy ones now and then. Joeniv and I called one in the 30th of Dec. and she was just sttarting to get mangy--no hair lwft on her tail and haunches were starting to lose hair. I saw one run across the road on my way to work last week and he looked pretty fully haired. Better luck next time.

We were west of Martin. The mange has been bad the last 2 years. It's got to be getting to the end, in 4 days we saw 4 coyotes and three were from the truck on the highway.
