This info is out of the Hornady(Sixth Edition) manual,now what I am looking for is the velocity(@ the muzzle) out of a 30" 1-9 twist barrel and the drop at 1000yrds from a 100yrd zero.

Thanks a bunch SMACK....I want to use this load for Groundhogs,I'm going to use the Berger 180 VLD's for paper and steel.....

Smack......First off, according to Quickload, that load exceeds MAP. It shows a pressure of 71,994PSi when the max average for SAAMI is 64,542. That said...here's the data from Quickload, and Quicktarget. Muzzle velocity from a 30" barrel is 3,531fps. (QL doesn't differentiate for twist rate) Zeroed at 100, with your atmosphere data, it shows a drop at 1,000 yards of 58.3".
Max with QL is 68.5 Velocity 3419.....drop at 1,000= 61.2" Good luck, and be careful.

Using the Pact Pro calculator and Jim's velocity of 3531, with a 100yd zero drop at 1,000 is 195.6"......61" would be the drop at about 640yds.

Well, one of our programs is really wrong...I just double-checked my input, and that's what QT says. Maybe somebody can run it on PB, or another program.

I blew it, Dave...good catch. I read the wrong column. QT says 205.4" drop from a 100 yard zero. The 58.3 was 10mph wind drift. Sorry SMACK!

.. the Muzzle Velocity you wanted is a bit optimistic I think, BUT I used the 3300fps anyway.
