I'd like to thank all the people that gave input on my credit card headache. Last night, after a whole lot of digging (Their website is really complicated:confused: ) I finally found a place to send an email. Sent the mail, describing the whole mess, and they emailed back with a ph#, and human:D to talk to. She said they had all 4 letters, my wife had sent, on file. (don't ask me why they were just sitting on them:rolleyes: ). She gave us credit for the bad charges:D , apologized for the hassle, and we're good to go again. Why can't it be like this from the start, instead of having to wait 4 months? So now I have a ph#, and the name of a contact person, if the situation arises again. I feel much better about my CC situation. Thanks again, everyone, for the input.
