From the pics, it sure looks like a varmint weight rifle. But if it's a 308 or Creedmore, that could be a good thing. My preference would be to a 308 although I don't need the muffler bearing on the barrel. I have sub sonic ammo that comes out of a Remington 700 with zero noise except the hammer falling. Being a Daniel Defense, it should be top shelf. Bet it ain't gonna be a cheap date.
