54° here in Upstate NY this morning with the high temperature to go up to about 77°. No rain today they say so far for this month we have had 8.25" in this area.

I accomplished something's yesterday and others I put off till today. I am getting caught up though on past due projects somewhat between being on the road.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

An oddity for around here, temps in the upper 50's right now, low humidity, highs in the upper 70's/low 80's, perfect fall weather in August. LOL Yesterday was the same, spent part of the day at the gun range, came home and washed both vehicles, and set up a new gas grill. Didn't sweat that much which is very unusual for me. LOL

Wish we could have this weather 365.

morning all. 40 here, 38 over in town . Should hit 80 again today. The chance of showers is gone for a couple days.
Got the tire changed on one sprinkler only to find another with a flat, but it might have to wait till I get some more tires from the COOP. And the sprinkler that I filled in the wheel track a couple days ago is stuck again, same hole.
Got the field baled we started a couple days ago, just as the rain started again but at least it's baled now.
Saw a ground hog yesterday, got a picture. First I've seen in a couple years, guess the dry mountains have move him down here. Also got a pic of a couple coyote pups playing in the middle of a county road, winter targets!
Time to get around, it's FRIDAY! Have a good day.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Good morning, GoGo, and TGIF. It's a gorgeous 57 degrees in Louisville and only going to 83. Highs get back to 89-91 starting tomorrow, but I'm hoping the humidity stays down for at least a few more days.

Today is Miss Cindy and my fifth anniversary. I'm taking a vacation day from work and taking her shopping in a little town called Glendale about an hour south of here. It has a lot of little antique shops, boutiques, stuff like that. Then we're meeting friends for dinner. Should be a good day.

Y'all have a great day and be safe out there.

Morning folks. 62° here and absolutely beautiful out. Seeing some bucks around going and coming to work. Getting the juices flowing. Need to start shooting the bow more and get things ready for archery season. It's Fridayand I'm a little slow at work so I'mnot going to be working real hard today. Be trying up loose ends. But lots of backlog so I'll enjoy the slowness for a bit. Going to be a busy fall.

Have a good one Congrays Mike and Cindy!

Good Morning

54 here in NC Ohio. Traveled to Portland Ind. yesterday to Jay Co. fairgrounds. Half of the grounds were 6 inch sloppy mud , we stayed on the dry side. Still didn't hurt the attendance much lots of people at the show. Happy anniversary to KF and miss Cindy. Prayers to those and country. Mike

Good morning from Iowa Falls. 62 with light rain all day. That is comfortable working weather.
Got here fine yesterday and set up under the giant maple tree with great shade.
Lot of cleaning and throwing junk out. I think it will take three weeks.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Good morning boys...
66 here high on RUGER MT this morning.
Off work again today, guess its going to take a
day or 3 to get straighten back out after I finally
got my meds. Just didn't have any energy and couldn't
sleep. Woke up this morning and started to go in but I had finally
got to get a few hours sleep so I turned the alarm off and tried
to go back.
You all have a gooden today and GOD Bless..

Another cool, sunny (56º) morning in the hollow. The cool mornings are encouraging the local doe groups. There were 8-10 in the yard this morning depending on when and where I looked. They drove the Westies crazy for a while, then got tired of the racket and moved on. Friday is the day for printing next week's work and generally getting ready for whatever is planned for the W/E. Tomorrow is a UBR match at Strategic Edge, so I'll need to load up the trailer sometime this afternoon. Other than that, just another day in paradise.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

That not being able to sleep is one large booger. I feel for ya Donnie. I would share my good sleep night w you if I could. My fangs get pretty long w/o the slumber.
PT today, follow up and x-rays next week. Bridge y'day w the really Sr Cit group. Some of them are a hoot, some would make Mother Theresa cuss. Had a day of really poor hands but that affords practice making something out of nothing.
We found out that the fan belt let loose the same time the snap ring did in the front 4wd hub....
Quite a coincidence. A very expensive repair that splined stub hub.
Time to get gone, Tom out.

I hadn't thought to mention sleep problems here. I haven't slept through a night in about a month. One twist or turn or unexpected movement and the pain jerks me wide awake. When I'm awake I've learned how to move, but asleep - what can you do?

And you guys are killing me with the weather reports. 82° here. Over night! High of 99° & 99% humidity. Makes my mini workouts on the patio a little sweaty. :D

Darn, I hate to be the perpetual second guesser but I'm in Houston (actually Spring, TX) visiting my sister and its currently 84 degrees with 52% humidity at just a few minutes before noon. My sister and her husband think that this is great weather for August in Houston.

Is it always raining where you are? Unless I'm mistaken, you are just west of them a few miles in the northern Houston suburbs.
