30° here in Upstate NY this morning, the high temperature for the day will only be about 37°. We are to get rain and possibly some snow today and into tomorrow morning. They say it will probably be all rain with up to 3/4" inch possible.

Busy day yesterday with not only computers but I had a lot of paperwork I had to do for the gun club. I started a Facebook closed group for Sell/Swap for the club also.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good Morning

Morning George and others to follow. 33 and rain/snow here in NC Ohio heading to up state NY. Not much going on around here just keeping the fires going. Have another young man willing to work 1 day a week for me, the last two weren't so good maybe third time will be the charm. Remember the Vets this weekend, 100 year anniversary needs a celebration. Prayers to the families for their loss in California, for those in need , this country and Our President. Mike

Good morning, 45 now and a rumor that the sun will shine. Another rumor is that they are going to work on the road today. I need to get the truck out or I will be trapped in for 5 days.
All the RV parts I bought yesterday are wrong. When I got there I found 4 different hinge types. Wrong guess to which I needed.
Wife has a hair appointment today. Two hours right in the middle of the day shot.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Great morning folks,

Currently 36° with snow trying to find it's way to the ground here near Halfway USA.

Ya, that smearing mud on the walls sure is a great way to pass the time. Ain't no such thing as do it once, do it right. DD doesn't seem to understand the concept of less is better. That sanding pole & pad will be getting a workout. Skim coat should be finished later this morning.

None of the leaves that fell got moved around or turned to smoke. Snow will make that task a little more difficult. Anyone ever had to run a snow blower so they could rake?

Scott, watching an experienced drywaller is a joy. they are really an artist. I had a problem wall. It was large and had oblique lighting. I spent 2 weeks and the waves got bigger and bigger. I took off more putty than I put on. He was in and out in 2 days and all fixed.

Good morning all.....snowed at the house this morning but too warm for it to stick. Still feeling like crud from the cold I got but at the shop early anyway...got here about 6. One part left yesterday and the other will be picked up in a bit. Material was also dropped off for 2 more 20ft long parts this time and I sent my son to pick up another 300lbs. of weld wire which probably wont be enough to finish all the parts.

Well off to see if I can make a dent in any of the pile of work and broken junk around here.

Have a good day!

good Friday morning folks. It's 40º here with rain on the way. Sure felt nice to "sleep in" and get up at regular time. This is the first since we changed the clocks back. Ole bucky is hanging in the shed and it's nice and cool. Supposed to stay cold next week so I might just let it hang awhile. I need to de-bone the neck and take the roast over to a friend this weekend. Promised her a neck roast for minced meat pies. She was tickled when I told her. Might do that tonight after work. Need to cut out the fish. Probably have those for breakfast tomorrow or Sunday.

Well, I guess I'll get busy. Weekend is almost here Carpman. Good luck in the blind. Have a good one.

morning all. 10 this morning, might get to 40 at best.
Gwyn took the day off so we can go over the mountain to the big city. Can't find a frig here in the valley. Hope to go over and back before dark and get it in the house.
Better get at it, have a great day and remember those in need of prayer.
GOD BLESS. Dean

Good morning, GoGo. Typed out a nice, chatty post and then lost it when I tried to post. That's what happens when my wifi connection drops and I don't notice. Anyway, it's 39 in Louisville, going to 47.

The big weather news here is that the guessers have changed their forecast and now it's due to be 23-24 the next two mornings. Where I hunt is normally 5 degrees below our temp here in the big city, so it's gonna be downright chilly. Lord knows I have plenty of built-in insulation as my "base layer." :) And if I'm lucky tomorrow, I sure won't have to worry about spoilage, right?

Thanks for wishing me luck, Charlie. I had a really bad hunting year last year, so I'm hoping to bounce back this time. Being a meat hunter has its advantages, cause I don't have all that deciding to do like you horn hunters. If a nice plump 4 or 6-pointer comes by my stand, I'm taking him home!

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there. Ol' Mikey will for sure have his safety harness on and I'll do my best not to cut off any body parts.

Good morning from the sticks of Kentucky, raining now and for all day I think. The Damcows will need their raingear today. I am feeding every other day now and I got the Hay out yesterday so maybe I can stay out of the rain. I sawed up a big oak treetop yesterday afternoon, but didn't get it hauled in; almost got a sore throat for riding 2 miles on my Polaris Ranger.

Justin is here today and soon will be on the way to see Dr. D. y'all remember Dr. D. Voldoc sidekick? She is a. REAL Dentist not a a Dental Monitor like poor old Voldoc!
One more day here before the bullets start flying in Gun Deer season, going to be a cold weekend I hear.

Shane, i snagged a female Coyote night before last...a dead one now.
I fear Dean in Colorado may be in for Sticker Shock when he sees the refrigerator prices....$2500 for a fridge? Don't think so. Maybe his queer governor can get him a price break.
Election is over and I don't have to see that big old Lez xmarine woman every 2 minutes on TV. Sure glad it lost.
Snow in the Northern folks weather forecasts....I sure ain't ready for that crap down here. Juan Valdez Skruske can keep it up there.
I'm going to feed Otis the Tomkat, and come back to the wood stove. Y'all be safe.

42º and light rain in the hollow. Rained most of the night and I am so very tired of rain. At this rate I have no idea when work can be done at the new range. It's possible that the slab can be poured or at least formed since it is under roof, but who knows. Earlier this week we had about 3" overnight and water was over the county road that leads into the range several hours after it had stopped. Wish somebody else was getting their share. We are waaay over ours for the year. If nothing interferes I'm going back to the gun shop today to take some oics and price bullets. Most of the long guns are sold but there is almost literally a ton of bullets and such, probably 7-800 lbs of lead for cast bullets.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

Well the state is on fire again. The small town of Paradise (about 90 miles from Sacramento) was burned to the ground yesterday. A friend of my wife, lost her home there yesterday. Many people were trapped, there is sure to be loss of lives. We have had other fires also. We had a 2500 acre fire not far from my home yesterday. Southern Cal is also fighting large fires

Your prayers would be appreciated.

Morning, barely

Good barely still morning from Indy. It's 40 and that's about it for the day. Got a slow start so here I am running late but there's a real benefit to it. I get to read everybody else's stuff before I post mine. Pretty entertaining, I gotta' tell ya'. :D

Julie's heading home from her workout and I've spent the morning setting up a new wireless printer. Gotta' do the internet dance to make anything work. I shoulda' said Damprinter and Daminternet. Sorry. Heading out to the Main Street Grille for lunch. Is that supposed to be pronounced grillly? Great breaded tenderloin either way.

Have a good day.

I'm late but accounted for.
We are in the big city to get milk at Aldi's, Dinah needs to renew her DL so that required all sorts of verifiers to qualify for a gold star. It also required a full frontal attack at the mirror to prep for the pic. Wimmen......

Very surprised at minimal wait on a Friday. She's back so time to get on with it. Tom out
