2° here in Upstate NY this morning, the high temperature for today is to get up to about 25°. It will be a warmer day than it was yesterday that is for sure. It was terrible yesterday with the wind chill figured in and the wind was blowing all day.

I didn't do a heck of a lot yesterday just overstuffed myself with food mainly and today I am going to try and take it easy all day also. Nice to have a break sometimes.

26 here in NC Ohio with sun on the way and plenty of smoked turkey left over !!! I've already ate more turkey sandwiches than what I want too count. No shopping for this guy today. The young man is to be out today and there could be some wood splitting , if the splitter starts!! Be safe and Prayers to those and country. Mike

Good morning, it's 55 with light clouds, 70 for the high. It's nice to have good weather.
Yesterday went well, all the family had a great time, dinner was pecan pie with all the fixin's. Oh, yeah there was some turkey and taters that sort of thing too. Afterwards we spent the day outside, even watching a Christmas movie on the new outdoor theater.
Today is something about shopping, the guy's are planning a big paint ball shoot out. My plan is to keep my head down and lay low.

Great morning folks,

62° and it's been raining since last night at 10pm here in Grandkidville. Radar show it should let up by daylight.

My daughter in law spent much of the day preparing dinner in the kitchen. She laid out a traditional meal with plenty for everyone. Three different kinds of pie were presented as well.

Hope to venture out to Northern Tool & perhaps Ace Hardware today.

Looks like the grandkids got a hold of my credit card and did some Christmas shopping on gunbroker. They show two Glock stripped frames are on the way to my FFL then headed under the tree.

Going to Daytona tomorrow for a hot rod show. The Turkey Trot is a bit one at the speedway.

Good morning all. We have 34 in Indy heading for 54. Survived national over-eat day with only limited discomfort. Today is national avoid-the-mall day. The breakfast joint will be clogged with crazed shoppers. Hope my barber is having a sale.

I survived the in-law invasion yesterday. It was good to see everyone and the last guests left around midnight. Getting ready to pick up Dad and try to catch a few fish this morning. Looks like we are in for some rain tonight and tomorrow so some reloading will probably get done.

Good morning folks. It is 23° here with clouds. Going to be a chilly one but rain and warmer water are on their way for tomorrow. Not quite what we need for deer season. I got the plexiglass cut and wood slides cut out and ready to install in our box blind. At least we'll be warm and dry with proper windows and a propane heater. Heck, I'll probably even get in a nap. Have to throw my clothes in a bag and I am ready to go. Need to wait for a package to be delivered at mom's that needs a signature before we head down to our MD deer lease.

Well, I better cruise over to Amazon and run the credit cards up before I go. Prayers sent. Have a good one.

35º and cloudy in the hollow. Not much happened here yesterday. Went to my youngest daughter's for dinner in the afternoon, then to my sister's a little later, crafts for my wife and I got to see and hold my newest grandson (3 months). My nephew texted me a while ago and asked if I wanted a deer should he make a kill, so I may be making a run to the Amish folk later this morning. My children will be here this afternoon. Looks like a good day is lined up.

Good morning all. At the shop this morning just got coffee on and not really looking forward to being here today. Maybe if enough gets done today I'll take tomorrow off. I still need to clean gutters on the house and mow or rake up a bunch of leaves.

Went to the wifes aunt's yesterday after I sit in a tree all morning with frozen toes to see nothing but squirrels. After we ate I drug out my calls and snuck off from all the cackling women and new babies and hit the woods to try for a coyote which was a bust. I might try again around here this evening.

Not shopping today unless Cabelas has a Savage sale again but it doesn't look like they have yet. I sure the hell don't need anymore but if they go for $219 again after the rebates I'll have a few more!

morning all. 24 and windy this morning, snowed last night, just enough to see it, will be gone when the sun hits it. 40s for high today.
Well the boss man calls yesterday about 10:30am, and says there is no water for the calves, (450 head of calves!) So off I go to try and figure out what happened to the pump\well, we've had problems before with the under ground wiring. Didn't get it going till 2:30 so I had a late, semi warm T-day meal
Ended up using a cord from a different outlet and also a temp repair on a cracked plastic fitting which soaked everything in the well house. Will pickup steel parts today.
Spent most of the night in the bathroom, stomach problems. Feel some better today but not moving very fast. Need to get chores done and see what else is going on.

ShaneG, how bad do you need one? Dick's ad from the paper has Savage Axis XP package with 3x9 scope for $229.98 after rebates. Ad stated various calibers available. I know most folks aren't doing any trade with Dick's after their fiasco position on AR's, but just how bad do you need one.
