Kenny Woods is sponsoring a Gun Show in Somerset, Ky tomorrow. I am
gonna meet Kenny U. (and maybe Old Doug H.) there tomorrow around
10:00. Anyone else gonna be there tomorrow ? The Reloaders Bench
from Mt. Juilet, Tennessee is gonna be set up. Larry Hillis is always very
nice about bringing up special requested items. All I gotta do is just give
him a call a few days in advance and the items I needed/wanted are
always there when I arrive. Good folks to do business with.

The Louisville show was pitiful, if you wanted a decent rifle, at a fair price, although SOME of the prices on new handguns were fair, if not good. I still came home empty handed. A CZ 452 .17HMR, used, with a Trashco scope, $450?????? For $45 more, there was a like-new 722 in .222! LVSF Remington, in .17 Rem., for nearly $800?????? I couldn't believe some of the prices for old JC Higgins pumpguns, among other things. Old 870s for new gun prices! Old Winchester .22s were sure high dollar items, too, especially the 94/22M that had been refinished, never more than a shooter to begin with........... That's one show that will never see my admission fees again, to be sure.

Sorry I didn't see your post yesterday. All of Kenny Woods Gun Shows
in Somerset are held at "The Center" about 2 miles south of HIghway 80
(Cumberland Parkway) on US 27. It is on the left going south. Huge sign
can't miss it. "The Center".
