I wouldn't let my little kids near those Deer! If that Buck decided to "Fire" or suddenly got scared from something and stampeded, It'd easily kill one of those kids! Only time worse would be if the Buck was in full rut! I think this looks like post rut. Doesn't matter.

Mulies. Yeah, that was my reaction too. (YIKES!). The fact that they are not so intimidated to the point of mingling with humans doesn't mean they are tame. What you said X10. Look, but don't feed the bears...er...deer! They're WILD animals and unpredictable!
They DO have some nice racks tho, as mulies tend to have. At first glance from across a wide draw or canyon, they can make an elk hunter's heart skip a beat...I can confess!!
