I will show that to Judy Brown.
She working on a pile of little pieces of cloth that she cut up. Now trying to see it back together.
Don't make no sense to me?

Jan has me measure and cut then she sews and irons. One recent quilt I had time and counted 1132 pieces in the field in the center of a quilt we were doing in the cold dark days of winter in Michigan.I got to thinking that just the thread in the stitches would keep you warm.

Truly a pretty work of art. I have 3 sils that are heavy into quilting.

This may be my favorite. If you look at different angles or concentrate on a different section you see different geometric patterns. It will drive you batty to design, cut, build it. Judy Brown would love it.

That is a pretty Quilt.
JB has an Amish friend who is very good....just cause your Amish don't mean you can Sew. She makes the Clothes for the whole DamTribe.
Amish Quilts are usually made of Drab colors....never red or orange. Very nice designs and done well but they have the Amish Look.
It's a Freekin Cult....I have seen toooo much out of them.

My wife is also a quilter. Right now her quilt guild is making quilts for military veterans. They invite the veterans to their meetings and then present them a quilt.

Bill that is a very nice thing to do for veterans, the quilters club in my town does the same thing, about one or two a month.
