One thing I've noticed about younger generations is that they can not seem to live without "drama". Since they don't do anything productive to create a source of drama, they create it artificially whenever they can. (You can also see it when they talk about themselves, they always talk with grand hand gestures) Partly to draw attention/pity to themselves and partly to demonstrate how awful the previous generation is. Many of the people that are old enough to know better cling onto that "movement" to try to gain acceptance, lost youth and lost fame. They see others become famous for creating artificial drama, so they decide to try it themselves.
I also think that EVERYONE has "drama", but it's how you deal with it without projecting it onto others that makes one a better person.
We used to be a nation that celebrated our accomplishments, now we seem to celebrate those that do nothing of value except whine and complain.
Rant off
