To delete a post or thread, if you started it, at the lower right corner of your POST is a EDIT button. Click on it and then the DELETE button and follow through as needed. By Deleting the first Post of a thread, you effectively will delete the whole thing.

I done a test thread in the forsale section and there is no option to delete the thread when you click the edit button. It may have to be added in ?
