Saw a discussion of this on another forum. There were 2 attorneys, one of them the VP of the IN State Rifle and Pistol Association, involved. The attorneys both said they believe the NRA is not in financial trouble but were stating the worst case scenario damage they could suffer from anti-gun politician's attempts to influence various New York financial institutions to stop doing business with them. The statements resulted from a lawsuit filed by the NRA.

One of the attorneys reviewed the court filing and said this...... "it looks like they aren't so much running out of money as they are claiming they will have no where to put their money, no one to handle it and no way to buy insurance or offer credit cards or insurance to its members."
