Gentlemen: I have a Lee loader -Load All in 20 Ga. I load 2- 3/4 in.But how do you load 3 in. Thanks, Smokemjoe

You can move the wad guide up the arm where it's mounted, then change the powder bushing and shot bushings to the appropriate ones for the powder/amount of shot being used, and run with it. You won't be able to pull the handle down quite as far as you would, with 2 3/4" shells, but you won't be able to overpower anything enough to hurt it,either. Really, that's all there is to it, move the wad guide UP on the ram, and change out the bushings to the correct ones for that load (choose your wads carefully, too) and run 'em.
