Thinking about getting the Leupold VX 2 6 x 18 x 40 spotting scope. Will be hunting a lot in size and weight, but we hope it does not sacrifice too much.
Anybody have any bad or good to say about the scope?
Thanks in advance!
czsuby, the VX 2 is not a spotting scope. It is a rifle scope. In fact it is one of my favorites for the CZ's because of the light weight and low profile. I am not sure I understand you comment "hunting a lot in size and weight". it is one of the lighter scopes available. Be aware that Leupold no longer produces them so you will have to go used or try and find new old stock.
