Marlin 39A PEANUT, 1951, excellent condition. Wood has no chips, cracks or splits and has original finish. The PEANUT is in excellent condition with no initials. These guns were only made on year due to materials need for the Korean War. Barrel has no rust or bluing loss and the muzzle has no bluing loss. The serial number H24169 also appears inside the wrist of the stock and inside the receiver. The right side of the receiver shows a small area or very light pitting, as does the left side.
