The field where the rifle is pointed is right at 500 yards.
There has been 6 to 9 does coming out about every evening.
I know most will frown on that but...it's what it is...lol

Why frown, shooting off a bi pod it will be easier to kill a deer than a woodchuck or coyote. If the person is capable to making the shot go for it. It looks like you have the hang for posting pictures, nice ones!

I see right now, I'm going to have to buy Madison a pocket knife and a piece of Cedar. In a couple years....

Makes her Papaw proud, my papaw was always whistling
and I use to too.

Joe, with the boys all growed up...maybe she'll start wanting to go more. Old Papaw will be guide, mule and rest
all over again. LOL

It has been rainy all week. Then the two days they called for no rain it was cold and the fog never lifted. I hate this time of year in western Oregon. I told my wife today was a really sucky day. Then I saw this post. That really put a smile on my face. Thanks for the post.
