Other forums that I belong to with this software just post them as "sticky" posts that remain at the top of the specific tech forum. I guess each tech topic can be a permanently added post to a particular forum like a "Tech Forum" where questions about certain things can be posted below as new discussion..

It does.. I've been getting caught up on other things, so have it and the classifieds on the list of "to do".
