57° here in Upstate NY this morning, the high is to get up to about 82° today. Yesterday was a beautiful day and I just relaxed for a change. I don't know what I will do today as I didn't sleep well, my stomach was bothering me. There are things I should do and things I would like to do but I'll see,

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good Morning from Waseca, where it's a cool 61 and clear. High of 88 later.
Rather than take a nap yesterday, I spent the afternoon setting up a new monitor to replace the one lost in last winters flood. Finally got it working by 8:30. The stress of that let me sleep well.
Today is get license plates for the car, maybe go look at a new RV, yard work ugh.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken
Good Morning

60 here in NC Ohio with more sun on the way!! One cubic yard of topsoil was shoveled into two raised beds, doesn't sound like much but it kicked this old mans a--!! Well time to go out and check the garden before it gets warmer. My Prayers to those in harms way out west, those in hospitals, those helping others I'm glad the Lord is watching instead of a politician. Mike
MPC, when you shovel a yard of topsoil just count the number of shovel fulls that it took. and the wheelbarrow trips. Then you will be tired.
morning all. 49 and headed to 85 or more today.
Fire's still burning, they have it slowed down a lot but we still get a lot of smoke every evening. At last count there were 1880 firefighters on the ground working this one.
Got a couple sprinklers going yesterday afternoon, after I got a short nap in.
Hope they are all running today so I can get my baler finished and out in the field.
Have a great day and be safe.
GOD BLESS. Dean
Good morning fellar's up pretty early (for me). Not doing to bad just can't sleep having done a whole lotta nothing. I Would like to put out there that I have a bunch of reloading supplies neither me or my family will be needing and would rather make one of you a good deal then some scalper fpr resale. That said if any of you know of some one in the Tulsa area who's looking for some primers brass, powder and bullets and are of good standing have em shoot me a private message and maybe go from there. Most of what I have is either new or used very little. Don't know if I have the where with all to drag it out and inventory but rather just put a pile together. Thanking you kindly for any advice and or suggestions in advance Jus Doug.....Oh the weather HOT and HUMID with a chance of getting HOTTER AN more HUMID:eek::D Thanks Guys

Good morning folks. Another Monday is upon us. It's 61º here now, but I don't think it's going to stay there for long. Supposed to be near 90º later. Yesterday was gorgeous. Low humidity, lots of sunshine. I got the driveway weed whacked before the sun got too high. After lunch I washed the boat and got everything put away. I also got sunburned. Miss Sue had left before I got her to apply sunscreen to my back. Luckily it looks worse than it is. Just a little itchy.

Well, I guess I better get busy. Have a good one.

Charlie
Well, squat. Wrote a nice good-morning post and then it evaporated. So, on this second attempt I'll just say good morning and I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend.

Have a good'n and be safe out there. DougJ it's good to see you posting this morning.
Monday

Good morning all. 72 in Indy heading for 90. My son, he of the carpentry skills, came by yesterday to do an estimate on replacing some of the exterior trim on the house and measure for the necessary scaffolding. I needed 180' of 1x6 rough-sawn cedar. Went to Home Depot where 12 footers were $26.55 each. Heck, I only needed 15 of 'em  but Menards is a half mile away so I decided to check there. Same piece of wood was on sale for $15.69 and had an 11% mail-in rebate. Handy savings of near $200. Now I gotta' paint 'em. That should keep me busy for a minute.

Have a good day.
Good morning all.....at the shop for a while now still welding cones....these are gonna get old real quick! Went to Rural King yesterday and found me a pop up canopy to drag to Montana. Then bought a large storage tub to bathe the dog in....that turned into a fiasco quick...she don't like it one bit. After 4-5 successful tries of jumping out we finally got the job done. There was enough hair to make another dog I think. I don't see how a dog could shed so much and not be bald but she does it.

Hope everyone has a good day and prayers sent for those who need them!
58 on the way to the low 80’s today.

Fires continue all over the state. Lessing winds have helped the ones in my area.

Good to see you posting Doug. Prayers continue.

Lots of errands to run today.

Have a great day and be careful out there.

Shane, my Lab hates the tub and won't tolerate the garden hose. I wait until Summer and take him to the creek. Throw a stick, he gets wet. He brings it back, I soap him up. Throw the stick a few more times, he rinses himself. Ain't pretty, but it works. LOL

Mine is some kind of Lab mix as well...my dad has a black lab and she sheds a ton of hair as well. My grandfather put a indoor/outdoor carpet on the back porch when they lived there. I had to vacuum it off about every other day because of the layer of hair on it. Then the dog gets brushed every few days.
I let her sleep in the garage during the winter since it's heated and my El camino looks like its blonde in a few weeks...she will sleep in front of the furnace which blows the hair right onto the car.
