So starts a new week and it will probably be a busy one I believe. I got rested up some over the weekend and I am happy for that.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good Morning

Good morning George and others to follow. It's 33 in NC Ohio with sun if the guessers are right. Morning appointments and a cupboard stocking run and then enjoy the sun and season. Be safe and Prayers to those and country. Mike
Great morning folks,

I am pleased to report a clear sky for the first time in several days, a little frosty with 29° here near Halfway USA. We should see a high in the upper 30's.

We have a fire place mantel. The repurposed & recut Oak has a nice vintage look to it but Deb believes it is lacking something. We are heading out for a little shopping today and Hobby Lobby is on the list of places to stop. She in search of some sort of decorative iron work to attach to the mantel. Several other stops are on the list as well.

The poly finish on the treads need another several hours to set up & harden before being installed. That will probably be this evening. Deb has changed her mind on putting in low watt LED lighting along the stairs...for now.

For now, emptying a coffee pot is on the task list. Anyone else want some dark roast?:D

Good morning from Bartonville Texas, 40 now, 60 for the high.
Doctor this morning then fix broken things on the RV. Then whatever the women want think I need to do.
I am with skruske, empty a pot of dark roast then think about it.
Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken
morning all. 12 to start with, mid 40s again later, some clouds but nothing in them.
Got in a very short nap yesterday after we got home from town. Then helped the boss mans' grand son clean up a chain saw and fix a old air compressor. This kid is kinda a pain, always finding something to do but being a kid he's just doesn't know what to do. Guess there is one way to find out... call me.
Chores and chase cows back in for this morning, look around to see how many elk are hanging around the farm. Hope to whack another coyote too.
Have a good start to the week, be safe out there.
GOD BLESS. Dean
Good morning everyone....at the shop and just sipping my first coffee....not dark roast....think it's Folgers house blend or something. I'm not too picky.

Well visited with my grand mother yesterday then my son and I went to my dads to clean out his gutters for the last time I hope, also helped him get his bucket back on his little loader tractor for snow removal if need be. Then we had to cut the lids out of some plastic drums for his trash.

After that I said to hell with the shop it will be there Monday....today I guess and tore the carb off the El Camino and got it all shined up and new gaskets, needle and seat and accelerator pump installed and fired back up. It runs and revs so much better now. The little old 305 sounded a little peppy too. I need to get off my ass and get it cleaned up well and get it sold so I can make room for my 66 Coronet.

Hopefully I get my cleanup done quick this morning and get a couple little projects done before something big comes in and has to be done right now.

Hope everyone has a good day!

morning folks. It's 42º headed to near 50 they say, with mostly sunny skies. Some clouds out there now. Looks to be a nice day after a pretty crappy weekend. Everything up here is mush. Sure wish I could send some to Dean. We certainly got more rain than our fair share.

I didn't do much yesterday. Helped Miss Sue around the house a bit. Cleaned up some fishing rods, played musical reels and spooled a couple. There's an outside chance I might make a run to NJ or DE to try to catch Stripers over the winter and I have everything pretty much ready, including the boat. Just need them to migrate south a little and stay within 3 miles of the beach.

Well, I guess I better get to work. Need to finish this cup of Columbian first. Check another one off Mike.

Have a good one.

Charlie

Good morning, GoGo. It's 34 in Louisville, sunny, and going to 52. As with many of you, we got drowned Friday and Saturday, then yesterday it was heavy overcast all day. Today looks bright, dry and sunny, which is welcome.

Charlie, check off another Monday. Found out the other day that the spring "bonus" the company announced has been set back a few weeks, so my departure date dreams are still fluid. Working from home today, which makes Mondays sooooooo much better. :)

Y'all have a good'n and be safe out there.
What do you call a person who is happy on Monaday?

R E T I R E D

Catch you later after coffee is made.
