57° here in Upstate NY this morning. We had a little shower overnight but it is suppose to get up to about 69° for a high today and be sunny for the next three days.

I was on the road for part of the day yesterday again working on computers. I also had to finish up one here I had at the house so the customer could pick it up.

Donnie, I hope you get to feeling better.

Have a Wonderful Day Everyone.

Good Morning, leaving for Iowa today. Not in a major hurry either. I don't have an ideal spot to park the RV prepared, so maybe I can get vehicles moved when we get there.
It will be nice to finally get everything cleared out, there's so much junk. Looking at it as it is there's not much junk. But, looking at it from an auction perspective there's a lot. All the treasures we store are mostly junk to others.

Clear and moderately warm today, it will be nice driving.

Hope everyone has a blessed day,
Ken

Good morning all. It’s 57 heading for 80 in Indy. I’m 72 and heading for breakfast myself. Meeting up later with old racing buds. Owner/driver of the car and one of the other “ mechanics”. We’ll have lunch then visit Ray Skillman’s museum. Lots of memories to be revived. Looking forward to it.

Y’all have a good day... and feel better.

morning all. 51 with slight chance of showers for the next several days, also smoky. Might get into the low 80s today.
Hope the hay dries out some, wasn't quite dry enough to bale yesterday.
I got some odd jobs done around the farm yesterday, ran the big yellow loader some, filled in a sprinkler wheel track, and smoothed out some roads around the farm. Guess that was about it, sure took all day doing that .
Still have a flat tire to change out today so maybe I'll find a way to make it last all day too. :p
Have a great day and remember those in need of our prayers.
GOD BLESS. Dean

good morning folks. It's a chilly 60º here this morning. Opened the bedroom window last night to let the cool air in. Good sleepin' weather. I got the yard mowed last night and got really lucky. I mowed past a very active yellow jacket nest twice before I noticed them starting to swarm the 3rd time. I can't believe they didn't get me. No problem...waited until nearly dark and took a can of wasp killer and a jug of gas out. All gone this morning. :) I also weeded the front flower bed. The lady that used to own our house is coming by today some time for a visit. I'm almost embarrassed at the mess. Weather hasn't been conducive to gardening and the only thing growing is weeds. Oh well...winter will be here soon and all the weeds will be gone.

Donnie, I hope you feel better soon. Rest up brother.

Have a good one.

Great morning everyone,

A bit warmer at 54° than the predicted over night low of 44° here in Butte Montana.

Our first ever excursion into Idaho was certainly eventful and exciting. We dodged storms all the way up I-15. We didn't miss 'em all through. We got to Humphrey ID and pull off at an exit because of big cross winds. If you find that "town" on a map let me know. It appears the exit is only a ranch road. When the storm passed we drove about 5 miles before we found a place to get turned around.

We're headed to East Helena to visit an old shooting buddy from an internet of long ago. Been over ten years since we burned powder together.

It's a jewel of a morning in the hollow. Not a cloud in the sky and it was 56º at 6:00. Incredible weather for August in Middle TN. By now it's usually very dry with all the grass burned up. We are over our annual average for rainfall and I expect a very colorful fall. When things are dry here, the leaves tend to drop early and the color is dull. When the weather is like this, they stay longer and are much brighter.
Nothing special today, I finished the ban reconciliation and have other paperwork to do. Will take some time today to load for the UBR match at Strategic Edge and maybe some for the Nationals.

G'day Y'all,
Rick

A so so night w the hip. All showered and shaved in prep for Bridge at noon.
Dinah mowed yday evening. It was truly a nice night w cool breezes.
We had some repair work done re burst pipe(s) in the shop....it wasn't PTL . Also had a super small gas leak repaired at the house. I learned a bit abt matching mfrs products w like.
Dinah needed a new screen for her phone. Got one, now, after another drop/gravity check, it don't do anything.....le sigh. She will be shopping for that while I'm playing cards. Those things are a pure rip off.
All my shooting bench needs is the legs screwed on but that's out there in future land at this time. Also some smoothing out along the edges. I sure learned a lot on that project - most of it being what not to do.
So you were a racing gear head, eh Doug? I have never heard you mention it before. You need to tell us about some of that on a "slow news day"......most every day around here anymore. Feel free to regale me, us.
Time to trim the 'stache. Tom out
