Hello all, I have inherited a Mossberg 346 KC from my late father.
It hasn't been shot much at all.
Put a 20 power scope on it today and played around and it shot very nicely off the bench with some older Wolf Match Extra ammo...however, the trigger is very heavy...but clean and crisp. Is there any adjustment or way to adjust by changing springs or polishing/honing sear?
I have not taken it out of the stock to look at it.
Thanks in advance, Sam

I doan no nuttin 'bout that particular rifle. But, what else is there? You're contemplating what is pretty much "SOP" for a basic trigger job - short of messing with the sear edges of course.

Some of my highly specialized springs have come from the bins at ACE HARDWARE! (Took my then new SS Win mo 70 Classic down from around 8-10# to 3# and works flawlessly since!)
