I had bought my 6.5 year old granddaughter Lillie a pink cricket rifle for her for Christmas 2 years ago and it was finally time for her to learn how to shoot today. We went out back and I gave her a brief safety lesson and instructions on how to load, aim and shoot. She managed to "kill" 7 diet coke cans in 8 shots. We were using CB longs at a distance of about 5 yards and they really made the cans pop. She was excited about it and said she wants to shoot the next time she comes to visit.:D

Here's a couple pics. Pardon the bald head and beer gut. It was hot out

Great picture

What a cutie, that is the making of a great memory.

BTW I will be in PA Something like Sept 29 thru the 3rd. I’ll try and swing by the shop.

AWESOME!!!

Keep her attention and excitement in shooting and you won't have to worry about so many of the plagues that are falling on our youth today!
After all, she'll be too busy working and saving for that new gun and ammo to want to buy drugs, or that new gadget that no one really needs....
