I've been given a whole bunch, hundreds in fact, of sports cards. Some baseball, some basketball, mostly football. Alot of Emmitt Smith and Kordell Stewart, plus a bunch of others, good and common. All from 1989 to about 93. What's the best way to dispose of such a collection, short of cataloging them and selling them one at a time? I suppose I'll take a loss selling the whole thing at once without knowing exactly what I have. Local dealers, or individuals, or ebay? What should I do with all this stuff?

I have been selling my deceased son's collection on Ebay. Some go real good and others not. Probably taking a loss on some but making it up on others. You might want to buy a Beckett book for reference if you don't allready have one. Probably wont get those prices but it's a reference. Good Luck
