Nothing but camp pics so far. We got everything set up until the wind blows it away. Took a ride around and seen all the furry targets. Rode to the highest point that was close and got a few pics.

Great pics Shane. Sure looks different than the rolling hills we have around here. Wishing you many targets and good weather.

Looks nice! Hope you have good shooting!
Shane, I'd love to see before and after photos, cause I'm not seeing near enough tie-down lines. :) Usually after 2-3 days our campsites looked like some kind of spider had taken over and had webs everywhere. Ha! And that vertical gray thing, is that a pooper?
It certainly is a pretty place. I would like to stay there a week and not even shoot a Prairie Dog. Maybe a Rattler or two.
I have my 1911 and some CCI shots shells just for any ol snakes we find!

Yeah, you'll be picking shot out from between your teeth just like it was dove. Ha!

Now that's a keeper for sure! Looks beefier than the first one. Whether I ate 'em or not, I'd be skinning those rascals and salting the hides down real good and rolling them up. Y'all know I've been making knife sheaths. One of my next goals is to learn how to do an inlay, where you cut a shape out of the leather on the front and then make a piece that with something like gator, snake hide, whatever that fits into the hole.
Greetings from central SD,
It'd a fine day if you discount the wind. Temp is currently 82, partly cloudy and wind speed in the low to mid 20 with gust over 30. The wind isn't all that bad but it's keeping the dogs down, so shooting is slow.

G'day Y'all,
Rick
